About Me
My love for yoga began in my adolescence. I had been practicing for a few months at that point, and the exploration of various binds and arm balances left me invigorated. As I settled into Legs Up the Wall, I noticed a deeper mind-body connection - the stillness of my body, the beating of my heart and the relaxation of my mind. The outer surroundings began to fade and I drifted into myself - feeling this immense sense of ease and relaxation.
At the time, I was unaware of the concept Sthira and Sukha (effort and ease) - or the harmonious balance by which we aim to be in. Yet, I became deeply aware of the embodied experience rooted in it. That embodiment is what brings me back to my mat time and time again.
Yoga Education and Experience
My teaching journey began with a 200-RYT program led by Rosemary Garrison at Pad Studios in 2021. This foundational training ignited my passion for asana (the physical practice), cueing, and alignment.
Since then, I have deepened my education under the guidance of Jason Crandell, completing courses such as “The Art of Yoga Sequencing”, “The Art of Teaching Beginners”, and “Yoga Anatomy”.
Currently, I am enrolled in Jason Crandell's 500-RYT program, with my graduation anticipated by the end of the 2024.
In addition, I have maintained a strong mentor relationship with Rosemary Garrison. Over the past three years, I have assisted with Rosemary’s renown international retreats (Mexico and Italy), gaining invaluable experience, knowledge, and understanding from these opportunities.
My teaching experience includes: privates, duets, public classes, workshops, bachelorettes, weddings and a wellness initiative with Google (consulting work + teaching in Singapore).
My public studios have included: The Pad Studios, Cloudbreak (Metta Studios) and LoveStory Yoga.
To complement my yoga education, I studied Reiki under Reiki Master April Curry. In 2023, I received my Reiki Master certification. I love to incorporate this beautiful form of energy healing into my yoga sessions.

My teachings seek to connect body, mind, and spirit to help practitioners find inner peace.
Tuning inward sounds simple in nature, but it's become increasingly difficult to find peace in chaos. I offer a practice that promotes a return home to our bodies, allowing our body to be our guide.
My goal is to support you on the journey that you’re on, in that moment.
Each session is crafted to help you listen to your body, cultivate mindfulness, and foster a deeper connection with yourself.
In addition to yoga, I offer Reiki healing sessions to balance your energy and promote holistic well-being. Reiki complements the physical practice of yoga by addressing the energetic body, helping to release blockages and restore harmony.
I believe that by nurturing our body, mind, and spirit, we can find our way back to a place of inner peace and resilience. I am here to guide and support you as you navigate your unique path towards wellness.
